Why Mats
You invested in the eventMake every meeting count
At a big B2B event you get a handful of meeting slots and a list of hundreds of names. Pick the wrong ones and you spend two days in polite conversations that go nowhere. Mats filters the attendee list in advance, so every meeting counts.
“The best business opportunities were discovered in the coffee breaks, or at the meals when we talked with new people.”Hanna Mezei, about B2B events before her method
Without Mats
Evenings scrolling through a list of hundreds of names
Booking meetings on gut feeling, or with whoever contacts you
Sitting down unprepared, spending the first minutes feeling each other out
After the event, a pile of business cards and no time
Back at the office, wondering if it was worth it
With Mats
A short list of companies that fit you
Booking meetings for a reason
You know what they look for and what to ask
Follow-ups ready while the conversation is still fresh
Knowing which conversations can lead somewhere

Sports World Travel × Sorrato
Two companiesOne meeting intern
Mats, co-created by Hanna Mezei of Sports World Travel in Denmark and built by Sorrato in the Netherlands.
A major B2B event is coming up. The attendee list contains hundreds of companies, and somewhere in that list are the people who could genuinely matter to your business.
Hanna Mezei, Founder & CEO of Sports World Travel, knew that challenge well. After attending B2B events where some meetings had little or no business fit, she developed her own AI-assisted method for analysing attendee lists, identifying the most relevant companies and preparing properly for each conversation.
Before Sports & Events Europe in Sevilla, Hanna used this method to prepare for her meetings. The difference was clear. Her meetings became far more relevant, focused, and valuable.
The method was hers. What was missing was an intern who could do it for everyone.
Then Hanna met Vito from Sorrato in an unexpected way.
Vito Kloots is a Dutch handball player, and his club came to Denmark for a training camp organised by Sports World Travel. During the camp, Hanna and Vito started talking about AI, business, and how Hanna used AI in her daily work, including the way she prepared for B2B events.
After returning to the Netherlands, Vito kept thinking about their conversation. He shared the idea with his Sorrato co-founder, Ronald, and together they began exploring how Hanna’s method could become a product that other business people could use.
Sports World Travel brought the B2B event experience, business logic, market knowledge, and real-world workflow. Sorrato brought AI product development, technology, and software expertise.
Together, Sports World Travel from Denmark and Sorrato from the Netherlands created Mats.
Mats is a meeting intern who gets to know your business, understands what you want from an event, finds the people worth meeting, and prepares you for the conversations that matter.
Mats brings the homework. You bring the conversation.

Questions
Good to know
How does Mats decide which companies are worth meeting?
Mats compares your profile, goals and markets with what each company on the list offers and looks for. For the best matches he reads their website. Every match comes with the reason to meet and what to ask, so you can decide which meetings deserve a slot.
Where does Mats get the attendee list?
From you. Most organisers give exhibitors and delegates a list or an export before the event. You upload it, and Mats does the rest.
What if I don’t have an attendee list yet?
Start with your profile. Tell Mats about your company and your goals now, and upload the list as soon as the organiser releases it. Mats then finds your matches.
Can I trust Mats’ recommendations?
Mats shows why he recommends each company and where that comes from: the attendee list, the company’s website or your own profile. You check it and decide whom to meet.
How long can I use Mats for an event?
From the moment you buy a licence until 30 days after the event, you can use everything: your matches, briefings, notes and follow-ups. After that the event stays in your account to read. The attendee list is deleted six months after the event.
Can my colleagues use Mats for the same event?
Yes. Solo is for one user, Team for up to five and Business for up to ten. Each plan covers one company at one event.
Which events does Mats work for?
Mats is designed for B2B events where an attendee or exhibitor list is available. He is built first for the sports and travel industry, with events like WTM London, ISTAA AGM and Sports & Events Europe.
Which languages does Mats speak?
Yours. You can talk to Mats in your own language, and he answers in that language.
Does Mats book meetings for me?
No. You keep booking through the event app or your own email. Mats tells you who to book and prepares you for each meeting.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Mats runs in your browser, on your laptop before the event and on your phone during it.
